The invention provides a stone and wood veneer external corner closing-in method, a closing-in piece is arranged at an external corner between a stone and a wood veneer, the closing-in piece comprises a main supporting plate, the inner end of the main supporting plate is provided with two wall surface supporting plates which are fixed with a wall surface and are perpendicular to each other, and the outer end of the main supporting plate is provided with an opening. The inner side of the main supporting plate is provided with two inner side supporting plates which are in contact with the inner side of the stone and the inner side of the wood veneer respectively for supporting, and the outer side of the main supporting plate is provided with two outer side supporting plates which are in contact with the outer side of the stone and the outer side of the wood veneer respectively for supporting. The rubber blocks are matched between the supporting plate and the stone and wood veneers, the structural stability between the closing-up piece and the stone and wood veneers is improved, and the situation that the closing-up piece is damaged and cracked due to external force or thermal expansion and cold contraction can be prevented through the deformation resistance and buffering effect of the rubber blocks; and meanwhile, a chemical feeding groove or a chemical feeding through hole is formed in the rubber block, so that insect prevention chemicals can be added, and corrosion and damage of insects such as termites and the like to the wood veneer are prevented.
