The invention relates to a formwork erecting device and method for a cast-in-place slab strip of a prefabricated laminated slab system.The formwork erecting device comprises a first transverse plate, a formwork, two second transverse plates, a supporting piece, a lead screw nut pair and a locking piece, the formwork is attached to the bottom of a prefabricated laminated slab, and the first transverse plate is located below the formwork; the two second transverse plates are vertically arranged at intervals, supporting pieces are fixed between the two ends of each second transverse plate, and the two second transverse plates and the two supporting pieces define a square structure. The supporting piece is provided with a sliding channel penetrating through the supporting piece, and the cross section of the sliding channel is a non-circular channel. Nut movable columns of the lead screw nut pairs are connected into the sliding channels in a sliding mode, stretch out of the lower portions of the sliding channels and abut against the top of the prefabricated laminated slab, lead screws of the lead screw nut pairs stretch out of the upper portions of the sliding channels, and the top ends of the lead screws of the lead screw nut pairs in the two supporting pieces are connected through a synchronous linkage piece to conduct synchronous linkage. The template, the first transverse plate and the two second transverse plates are connected and fixed through locking pieces.
