The invention discloses a large-area concrete cooling construction method. The method comprises the following construction steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; a plurality of inner water pipes are pre-buried in concrete, two adjacent inner water pipes are connected through outer water pipes through connecting pieces, the outer water pipes are located outside the concrete, one end of a main water pipe is connected with the water outlet end of a water supply device, the other end of the main water pipe is connected with one outer water pipe, and the water outlet pipes are used for enabling cooling water of the outer water pipes to flow back to the water supply device; a serial loop is formed; s3, pre-supplying water; s4, cooling; s5, dismantling; s6, hole filling; and S7, dismantling is conducted again. And after cooling is completed, the inner water pipe can be taken out from the poured concrete, and the problem of concrete cracks caused by different expansion coefficients due to different materials of the inner water pipe and the concrete is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种大面积混凝土降温施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:S1:施工准备;S2:安装基础:将多根内水管分别预埋在混凝土内,外水管通过连接件将相邻的两个内水管进行连接,外水管位于混凝土外,主水管的一端与供水装置的出水端连接、另一端与其中一根外水管连接,出水管用于将外水管的冷却水回流到供水装置,形成连环的回路;S3:预供水;S4:降温;S5:拆除;S6:补洞;S7:再拆除。降温完成后,可以将内水管从浇筑完成后的混凝土取出,有效避免因内水管和混凝土材质不同导致膨胀系数不同,从而引发混凝土裂缝的问题。
