The excavation-free assembly type enclosing wall comprises a wall plate and a plurality of pile foundation units fixed to the ground, each pile foundation unit comprises a first steel pile, a second steel pile and a fixing assembly, the first steel piles and the second steel piles are used for being driven into the ground, and fixing plates are fixedly arranged at the tops of the first steel piles and the tops of the second steel piles; the fixing plate is horizontally arranged, clamping plates are fixedly arranged on the fixing plate, the clamping plates are perpendicular to the fixing plate, a clamping groove allowing a wall plate to be inserted is formed between the two clamping plates located on the same pile foundation unit, and the fixing assembly is used for fixing the wall plate in the clamping groove. The construction method has the advantages that the construction efficiency of the enclosing wall is improved, reutilization can be achieved, cost, resources and labor are saved, and practicability is high.
