The hydraulic driving device is installed in the transformer room and movably connected with the protective glass, one wind power detection sensor is installed on the outer side of the transformer room, the other wind power detection sensor is installed on a frame in the transformer room, and the distance measuring sensor is installed in the frame. The door and window can detect the strength of external wind power, the opening degree of the door and window can be automatically controlled according to the strength of the wind power, and it is guaranteed that the wind power enters a transformer room and cannot damage power equipment.
