The invention relates to a connecting structure of a nodular cast iron pipe and a plastic inspection well, the plastic inspection well is connected with the nodular cast iron pipe through a polyethylene steel strip reinforced drainage pipe, and one end of the polyethylene steel strip reinforced drainage pipe is connected with a lateral pipe of the plastic inspection well through a heat shrink pipe. The other end of the polyethylene steel strip reinforced drainage pipe is connected with a nodular cast iron pipe; the invention further provides a connecting method of the nodular cast iron pipe and the plastic inspection well. The connecting method comprises the following steps that the bottom supporting structure is manufactured; placing the end part of the nodular cast iron pipe on the concrete buttress; lateral pipes on the two sides of the plastic inspection well are connected with the polyethylene steel belt reinforced drainage pipe in a sleeved mode and fixedly connected through heat shrink tubes. And the other end of the polyethylene steel strip reinforced drainage pipe is connected with the end part of the corresponding nodular cast iron pipe through a flange. The polyethylene steel strip reinforced drainage pipe is additionally arranged between the plastic inspection well and the nodular cast iron pipe, the effective reinforcing and fastening effect on connection of the pipeline and the integrated inspection well is achieved, and the high-quality connection requirement is met.
