A movable positive and negative pressure ventilation biological flexible cover cleaning room terminal comprises a control system which is a dual-function switchable positive and negative pressure room working system, and is characterized in that in function, reconstruction and switching of a positive and negative pressure operation system can be achieved through a motor switching valve; positive and negative pressure dual modes of the flexible cover body are realized; and intelligent management is realized through the control system. The clean room and the disinfection platform are communicated through an upper channel and a lower channel; the upper channel is a hard connection device and is used for fixing and communicating the clean room and the disinfection platform; switching valves are respectively arranged in the upper channel 3 and the lower channel 4 so as to support a positive pressure operation system and a negative pressure operation system; the moving wheel system is arranged at the bottoms of the clean room and the disinfection platform, and the lifting system is used for being matched with the moving wheel system and the two operation systems; the upper channel can support integral movement of the clean room and the disinfection platform.
