The invention relates to the technical field of concrete additives, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a multi-strain composite concrete self-repairing additive, which comprises the following steps: preparing a casein tryptone soybean broth culture medium by using deionized water, and sterilizing at high temperature and high pressure; the method comprises the following steps: adding urea into a casein tryptone soybean broth culture medium subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure treatment to obtain a urea-casein tryptone soybean broth culture medium, and respectively culturing bacillus pasteurii and bacillus thuringiensis by using the urea-casein tryptone soybean broth culture medium, the method comprises the following steps: inoculating bacillus pasteurii and bacillus thuringiensis which are cultured for a certain period of time into a new urea-casein tryptone soybean broth culture medium according to a certain proportion, culturing for a certain period of time, adding a microbial carrier into the urea-casein tryptone soybean broth culture medium containing two bacteria, and soaking for a certain period of time; the soaked microbial carrier is taken out and dried, and the multi-strain composite concrete self-repairing additive is obtained. The additive is simple in preparation method and suitable for batch production.
