Incremental launching construction method of steel truss girder bridge
The invention discloses an incremental launching construction method of a steel truss girder bridge, which comprises the following steps of: (1) simultaneously installing steel truss girder incremental launching assembly platforms on two sides of the bridge, and installing pier-side auxiliary brackets and incremental launching alignment equipment; (2) a track beam and a steel truss beam with the length of one span are assembled at the same time, and a first pushing mechanism is installed; (3) simultaneously pushing the steel truss girder from the two sides of the bridge position to the middle position along the longitudinal bridge by utilizing a first pushing mechanism; (4) after primary pushing is completed, the pushing auxiliary structure is controlled to pull the first pushing mechanism in the longitudinal bridge direction; (5) splicing a steel truss girder with the length of the next span at the rear part of the steel truss girder, and mounting a second pushing mechanism at the bottom of the steel truss girder with the length of the next span; and (6) the steps (3)-(5) are repeated till the steel truss girder bridge is pushed in place, and closure is completed. The method is easy to operate, the construction cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, the incremental launching process is stable, and construction safety and linear reasonability of the steel truss girder bridge are guaranteed.
