Comprising a plurality of base plates and a plurality of auxiliary connecting units connected between the base plates, the auxiliary connecting units are used for fixedly connecting every two adjacent base plates, each auxiliary connecting unit comprises first tooth grooves formed in the two sides of the corresponding base plate, and every two adjacent base plates are connected through the first tooth grooves in a meshed mode; and through holes are formed in the positions, close to the first tooth grooves, of the two sides of the base plates, connecting shafts are inserted into the through holes, and the same connecting block is fixedly connected between the two connecting shafts on the two adjacent base plates. The auxiliary connecting units are arranged and used in cooperation with the multiple base plates, a modular structure is formed, different formwork structures can be assembled according to special-shaped bridges of different shapes, the universality of the formwork is improved, the formwork can be recycled, the formwork can be stacked after being disassembled, occupied space is reduced, and transportation is convenient.
