The invention discloses a hinged fixed type photovoltaic platform, and belongs to the technical field of offshore structures and photovoltaic power generation structures. The power generation device comprises a fixed ocean platform, a support fixedly installed on the ocean platform and a power generation device body. The fixed ocean platform comprises four sub-platforms, a hinge device and an energy consumption device. Each sub-platform is composed of a single-pile foundation and a quadrilateral fixed steel frame, and the single-pile foundations are connected with the frames through inclined struts. The hinge devices are arranged between every two adjacent sub-platforms, and it is guaranteed that the platform structure has good integrity. The energy consumption devices are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the hinge device, structural vibration is effectively reduced, and the fatigue life is prolonged. The ocean platform inner support is used for supporting the power generation device. The hinged fixed type offshore photovoltaic platform is composed of four sub-platforms, and each sub-platform is an independent body and is connected into a whole through hinges. The vibration control device is arranged on the platform, so that the platform has better stability and stronger capacity of bearing external environment load.
