The system comprises a base, the bottom end of the base is fixedly connected with a fixed pipe, and a mud suction pipe is arranged above the fixed pipe; a through hole; a rotating mechanism; a fixing mechanism; and a storage battery. The rotating mechanism is arranged, the motor drives the sludge suction pipe to conduct circumferential displacement to stir sludge, meanwhile, in the rotating process of the sludge suction pipe, the sludge suction pipe gradually moves downwards, the sludge suction pipe is located in the sludge all the time, and the sludge suction vehicle sucks the sludge through the sludge suction pipe; the device can be quickly fixed and disassembled, the motor can be started only when the device is in a fixed state, the situation that the motor is started when the device is not fixed, the position of the device is deviated due to vibration, and the sludge suction pipe is damaged is prevented, the sludge suction pipe can be conveniently and automatically displaced circumferentially, manual operation is not needed, and the workload of an operator is reduced.
本发明公开了一种大管径管道内清淤系统及方法,包括底座,其底端固定连接有固定管,其上方设置有吸泥管;通孔;转动机构;固定机构;蓄电池。本发明通过设置转动机构,电机带动吸泥管进行圆周位移对淤泥进行搅拌,同时在吸泥管转动过程中,使得吸泥管逐渐向下进行位移,使得吸泥管始终位于淤泥内,吸泥车通过吸泥管对淤泥进行吸取,通过设置固定机构,对装置进行快速的固定和拆除,且使得只有装置处于固定状态下可开启电机,防止未固定装置时启动电机,造成装置受振动发生位置的偏移,对吸泥管造成损伤,便于自动对吸泥管进行圆周位移,不需要人工进行操作,减小了操作者的工作量。
