Reinforced concrete column annular plate joint machining method and structure
The invention discloses a reinforced concrete column annular plate joint machining method. An annular plate is beveled; according to the relative position relation of the beam steel bars and the annular plate, the set of reserved steel bar assemblies and the annular plate are welded into a whole to form an annular plate joint assembly; before the annular plate is hoisted, a group of positioning and supporting triangular steel plate assemblies are welded on the outer wall of the steel pipe stand column according to the position relation between the annular plate and the steel pipe stand column in a drawing; the annular plate node assembly is hoisted to penetrate from the upper end of the steel pipe stand column, rotates to the needed position according to the relative position relation between the reserved steel bar assembly and a beam formwork installed on a construction site, falls on the positioning and supporting triangular steel plate assembly and then is welded and fixed to the steel pipe stand column; the annular plates are sequentially mounted layer by layer from bottom to top until all the annular plates are mounted; the reserved steel bar assemblies and the annular plate are combined into a whole in a processing plant, then overall installation is conducted, and the construction progress is greatly accelerated; and the annular plate is prevented from being blocked and spliced to generate multiple welding seams, so that the construction quality of the joint is ensured.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土柱环板节点加工方法,对环板进行打坡口处理;根据梁钢筋与环板的相对位置关系,将一组预留钢筋组件与环板焊接成一体形成环板节点组件;环板吊装前,根据图纸中环板与钢管立柱的位置关系,将一组定位支撑三角钢板组件焊接在钢管立柱外壁上;环板节点组件吊装从钢管立柱的上端穿入,并根据预留钢筋组件和施工现场已装好的梁模板的相对位置关系转动至所需位置,落于定位支撑三角钢板组件上后,与钢管立柱焊接固定;依次从下往上逐层安装至所有环板安装完毕;本发明先将预留钢筋组件与环板在加工厂组合成整体,再进行整体安装,极大地加快了施工进度;且避免环板被分块拼装产生多焊缝,确保了节点的施工质量。
