A positive and negative rotation motor is used for driving a threaded rod to rotate, and then the threaded rod drives a threaded sleeve to move left and right on the surface of the threaded rod; then a threaded sleeve drives a fixed plate and a movable box to move left and right, then the movable box drives a spray head to move left and right through a movable pipe, a water pump guides paint in an inner cavity of a storage box into the movable box through a hose, then the paint is filtered through a filter screen, flows out of the movable pipe and then is sprayed out of the spray head, and the paint spraying process does not need manual operation; and then the hanging basket is subjected to up-down spraying under the cooperation of the hoisting equipment, the danger of high-altitude operation does not need to be considered, meanwhile, the situation that workers are tired due to long-time work, need to have a rest or perform shift operation and increase extra cost is avoided, the spraying task can be rapidly completed, and spraying is uniform.
