The invention discloses a formwork quick-release supporting device and a construction method thereof, and the formwork quick-release supporting device comprises a formwork structure which comprises a plurality of first-release formworks and a plurality of second-release plate strips, and the lower portions of the first-release formworks support first-release formwork frames; the rear formwork removing frame comprises a plurality of vertical rod assemblies with the adjustable height, jacking supports, connecting rod assemblies with the adjustable length and an energy dissipation supporting structure, the jacking supports are installed on the vertical rod assemblies in a lifting mode, the connecting rod assemblies are detachably connected between every two adjacent jacking supports, carbon fiber layers are formed outside the connecting rod assemblies, and the energy dissipation supporting structure is arranged on the carbon fiber layers. The energy dissipation supporting structure comprises a supporting piece and a plurality of damping supporting rods, the supporting piece is provided with a limiting through groove, the middle of the connecting rod assembly is embedded in the limiting through groove, the damping supporting rods are hinged between the two opposite ends of the supporting piece and the two adjacent vertical rod assemblies, the damping supporting rods are obliquely arranged, and the rear disassembly plate strip is laid on the jacking and the connecting rod assembly.
