The energy dissipation supporting structure comprises a supporting piece and a plurality of damping supporting rods, the supporting piece is provided with a limiting through groove, the middle of the connecting rod assembly is embedded in the limiting through groove, the damping supporting rods are hinged between the two opposite ends of the supporting piece and the two adjacent vertical rod assemblies, the damping supporting rods are obliquely arranged, and the rear disassembly plate strip is laid on the jacking and the connecting rod assembly.
