The invention provides a control method and device for a charging port cover of a new energy automobile and a storage medium, and is applied to the new energy automobile. The method comprises the steps that a control signal which is sent by mobile energy supplementing equipment and aims at the charging port cover of the new energy automobile is received, the control signal comprises vehicle identification information determined by the mobile energy complementing equipment according to a mobile energy complementing order; judging whether the control signal meets a preset charging port cover control condition or not; and under the condition that the judgment result shows that the control signal meets the preset charging port cover control condition, the charging port cover corresponding to the new energy automobile is controlled to be opened or closed according to the control signal. The charging port cover control condition comprises that the vehicle identification information contained in the control signal is consistent with the vehicle identification information corresponding to the new energy vehicle.
