Chlorine-force triggered multifunctional corrosion inhibition microcapsule and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of microcapsule corrosion inhibition, in particular to a chlorine-force triggered multifunctional corrosion inhibition microcapsule and a preparation method thereof. The multifunctional corrosion inhibition microcapsule comprises a capsule wall and a capsule core, the capsule wall is a chlorine trigger hybrid organic polymer wall material; the capsule core can be released by triggering the capsule wall. The prepared multifunctional corrosion inhibition microcapsule solidifies chloride ions of a cement-based composite material through ion exchange, and releases NO2 <-> or NO3 <-> with a corrosion inhibition function. The mechanical triggering efficiency of the multifunctional corrosion inhibition microcapsule in the cement-based composite material is improved in the ion exchange process. The corrosion resistance of the reinforcing steel bars in the cement-based material is improved through the synergistic effect of micro-crack healing, chloride ion curing and corrosion inhibition anion release. The method is simple and efficient to operate, good in repeatability, low in equipment condition requirement and suitable for industrial production.
本发明涉及微胶囊缓蚀技术领域,具体涉及一种氯‑力触发多功能缓蚀微胶囊及其制备方法。该多功能缓蚀微胶囊包括囊壁、囊芯;所述囊壁为氯触发器杂化有机聚合物壁材;所述囊芯可通过触发囊壁释放。制得的多功能缓蚀微胶囊通过离子交换固化水泥基复合材料的氯离子,释放出具有缓蚀功能的NO2‑或NO3‑。离子交换过程提高了多功能缓蚀微胶囊在水泥基复合材料的力学触发效率。通过微裂纹愈合、氯离子固化及缓蚀性阴离子释放的协同作用提升水泥基材料中钢筋的耐蚀性能。本发明操作简单高效、重复性好,对设备条件要求不高,适宜工业化生产。
