The shield grouting material provided by the invention has the advantages of good fluidity, strong layering bleeding resistance and high consolidation rate; the shield grouting material prepared by the method can consume a large amount of solid waste, reduces the use amount of cement, and has remarkable environmental benefits; in addition, in a construction site, a dry powder pneumatic conveying mode can be adopted to replace long-distance liquid material conveying, the risk of slurry pressure bleeding is remarkably reduced, the project quality is ensured, meanwhile, the length of a cleaning pipeline is reduced, and the water-saving effect is achieved.
