Self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film, lithium-free negative electrode current collector and application of self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film and lithium-free negative electrode current collector
The invention discloses a self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film, a lithium-free negative electrode current collector and application of the lithium-free negative electrode current collector, and the self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film is prepared by the following steps: 1) adding a fiber reinforced material into a graphene oxide water-phase dispersion liquid, and stirring to obtain slurry; 2) coating a glass or polytetrafluoroethylene mold with the slurry obtained in the step 1), drying, and stripping from the mold to obtain a film layer; and (3) carrying out rapid self-expansion reduction reaction on the film layer obtained in the step (2), and rolling to obtain the self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film. According to the lithium-free negative electrode current collector provided by the invention, the graphene oxide is compounded with the carbon fiber reinforced material and then is coated to form a film, the film is subjected to a thermal initiation self-expansion reduction reaction and then is rolled to obtain an ultrathin and light reduced graphene oxide film with a self-supporting capability, and the ultrathin and light reduced graphene oxide film is directly used as the lithium-free negative electrode current collector to be applied to a lithium-free negative electrode battery; and the lithium-free negative electrode battery has high mass specific energy and high volumetric specific energy.
本发明公开一种自支撑还原氧化石墨烯薄膜、无锂负极集流体及其应用,其中所述自支撑还原氧化石墨烯薄膜,制备步骤如下:1)氧化石墨烯水相分散液中加入纤维增强材料,搅拌得到浆料;2)将步骤1)所得的浆料涂覆在玻璃或聚四氟乙烯模具上,干燥后从模具上剥离得到膜层;3)将步骤2)所得的膜层进行快速自膨胀还原反应,经辊压得到自支撑还原氧化石墨烯薄膜。本发明提供的无锂负极集流体,通过氧化石墨烯复合碳纤维增强材料后涂覆成膜,经热引发自膨胀还原反应,再经辊压得到具有自支撑能力的超薄、轻质还原氧化石墨烯薄膜,直接用作无锂负极集流体应用于无锂负极电池,可使无锂负极电池兼具高质量比能量和高体积比能量。
