According to the principle of the curing agent provided by the invention, a layer of film is formed on the surface to prevent water evaporation of concrete, so that sufficient hydration is ensured, and the purpose of autotrophy is achieved; and the thin film also has a certain blocking effect on erosion of carbon dioxide, and the carbonization depth can be effectively reduced. The invention has the advantages of simple production process, low cost and obvious protection effect, is very suitable for maintenance of common concrete engineering, and has very wide application market.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗碳化混凝土养护剂及其制备方法。本发明利用硫酸铜饱和溶液与碳酸氢铵饱和溶液制备铜氨络合的溶液,将得到的铜氨络合物溶液与模数3.2左右、波美度30~40的水玻璃按一定方法进行混合得到养护剂,养护剂的组分及重量百分比含量分别为:1.2%的铜氨络合物溶液、98.8%的水玻璃。本发明提供的养护剂其原理是在表面形成一层薄膜,阻止混凝土水分蒸发,从而保证充分水化,达到自养目的;薄膜还对二氧化碳的侵蚀起到一定的阻挡效果,能有效减少碳化深度。本发明生产工艺简单,成本低廉,防护效果明显,非常适用于普通混凝土工程的养护,应用市场十分广泛。
