The invention discloses a locking type compression shock absorber assembly and an installation method thereof.The shock absorber assembly comprises an upper iron base plate, a middle shock absorption base plate, a lower iron base plate and a connecting sleeve, a limiting stand column is arranged on the lower iron base plate, and a locking clamp is arranged at the top end of the limiting stand column; column penetrating through holes allowing the limiting columns to penetrate through and round concave tables concentric with the column penetrating through holes and allowing the outer circles of the connecting sleeves to penetrate through are arranged on the middle vibration reduction base plate; two mounting through holes matched with the outer circle of the connecting sleeve are formed in the upper iron base plate; the connecting sleeve is provided with an installation through hole corresponding to the limiting stand column, two lock seats are arranged on the inner wall of the installation through hole, and a notch allowing the lock clamp of the lower iron base plate to pass through is formed between the two lock seats. By means of the locking type compression shock absorber assembly, a shock absorption fastener low in vertical rigidity and high in transverse rigidity can be provided.
