The highway subgrade reinforcing structure comprises a foundation, the roadbed body is arranged on the top surface of the foundation, and a plurality of positioning mechanisms which are arranged at equal intervals are arranged between the roadbed body and the foundation; the two reinforcing parts are arranged on the two sides of the foundation correspondingly, each reinforcing part comprises a prefabricated plate, the prefabricated plates are embedded in the top face of the foundation, lower drainage mechanisms are arranged in the prefabricated plates, steel plates are hinged to the top faces of the prefabricated plates through a plurality of connecting mechanisms, and the steel plates abut against the side faces of the roadbed body. Upper drainage mechanisms are arranged at the tops of the two sides of the roadbed body respectively; the protection part is arranged on the outer side of the steel plate and the outer side of the prefabricated plate in a wrapping mode, the two sides of the positioning mechanism penetrate through the steel plate respectively, and the upper drainage mechanism sequentially penetrates through the steel plate and the protection part. The roadbed body can be stabilized and reinforced, the overall stability is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
