The invention relates to a compact four-beam anchor rod suitable for a space-limited anchoring system, which comprises a web plate, a bearing plate, a locking plate, a stiffening plate and a flange, the web plate comprises a slotted web plate section, and web plate slots are symmetrically formed in the slotted web plate section along the center line; the bearing plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the middle of the web. The locking plate is arranged on the lower side of the bearing plate and fixedly connected to the middle of the web. One side of the stiffening plate is fixed on the bearing plate, and the other side of the stiffening plate is fixedly connected to the slotted web section; the flanges are fixedly arranged on the two sides of the bearing plate.
