An orthotropic steel bridge deck slab top plate-longitudinal rib welding joint fatigue cracking prestress reinforcing device comprises a steel bridge deck slab, geometric anchorage devices, trapezoidal plugs and bolt structures, and the geometric anchorage devices are arranged on the two sides of the top of the steel bridge deck slab top plate-longitudinal rib welding joint; a pair of trapezoidal plugs with the sides with the smaller section width are arranged between the geometric anchorage devices, the middles of the sides, adjacent to the trapezoidal plugs, of the geometric anchorage devices protrude, the side faces of the geometric anchorage devices are attached to the side faces of the trapezoidal plugs, and the trapezoidal plugs are provided with through holes in the length direction and connected through bolt structures. The adjacent edges of the two geometric anchorage devices extend outwards to the top of the trapezoidal plug. The device capable of enabling the two sides of the top of the joint to generate the stretching effect is arranged at the top of the welding joint, and the pre-compressive stress is generated at the weld toe and the weld root of the lower part of the top plate by utilizing the reverse bending moment effect, so that the fatigue crack of the welding joint extending in the thickness direction of the top plate is closed and stops extending.
