The invention relates to an integrated movable emergency cyanobacteria cleaning device which comprises a large support, a cyanobacteria suction opening, a cyanobacteria suction pump, a plurality of large floating balls, a floating ball fixing frame, a polytetrafluoroethylene fixing block, a floating ball fixing block and an isolation protective net. The invention further provides a working method of the blue-green algae cleaning device. The blue-green algae cleaning device has the advantages that the large support serves as a mounting frame of the blue-green algae cleaning device and plays a role in supporting the blue-green algae cleaning device; the algae suction port is used as a suction port of blue-green algae; the algae suction pump is used as a power unit for pumping blue-green algae; the large floating ball provides enough buoyancy for the floating of the blue-green algae cleaning device; the isolation protection net is used as protection equipment of the blue-green algae cleaning device; the floating ball fixing frame serves as a support for mounting and fixing the floating ball, and the floating ball fixing block and the polytetrafluoroethylene fixing block jointly play a role in fixing and adjusting the position of the large floating ball.
