Integrated hydraulic servo protection device and concrete supporting system
The invention relates to an integrated hydraulic servo protection device which comprises two impaction pieces with grooves in the middles, and the two ends of the two impaction pieces are connected through screws to form a hoop structure. A concrete supporting system comprises a base and lifting equipment, the base is arranged on an enclosing purlin, one end of the lifting equipment is fixed in a mounting groove of the base, the other end of the lifting equipment is connected with a concrete support, and an integrated hydraulic servo protection device is arranged between the top end of the base and the top end of the concrete support. According to the integrated hydraulic servo protection device and the concrete supporting system, the wedge-shaped protection device effectively avoids engineering accidents caused by the fact that after a jack is suddenly damaged due to pressure loss, a concrete support directly acts on and impacts on a concrete base to be damaged. According to the concrete supporting system, the jack servo system is fixedly connected with the base and is not prone to damage and failure due to bias pressure; the servo control difficulty of a single jack is low, and the overall implementation difficulty is reduced; when the structure is built back, the concrete support does not need to be cut and is convenient to dismantle.
