The invention discloses a slope supporting structure and a construction method thereof, belongs to the field of slope protection, and solves the problems that an existing supporting device is poor in stability and short in service life. The supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting units, each supporting unit comprises a concrete ball, an anchor rod and a reinforcing device, the concrete balls are located in a soil body of the slope, the anchor rods and the concrete balls are connected into a whole, and the outer ends of the anchor rods are connected with the reinforcing devices. The construction method comprises the steps that a plurality of long holes are drilled in the soil body from the side slope, the rubber balls are connected to the front ends of the inflation pipelines, the inflation pipelines stretch into the long holes, the rubber balls are inflated, and cavities are formed in the soil body after the rubber balls expand; the inflation pipeline and the rubber ball are withdrawn, the grouting pipeline extends into the long hole, and concrete grout is injected into the hole to form a concrete ball; an anchor rod is inserted into the concrete ball through the long hole, and after concrete is solidified, a reinforcing device is arranged at the outer end of the anchor rod. The supporting structure can bear great load and impact and is not prone to damage, and the service life of the supporting structure is prolonged.
