The invention provides a comprehensive shock absorption and seismic resistance underground pipe gallery which comprises a pipe gallery main body, a first buffer assembly, a first horizontal plate, an arc-shaped plate, a second buffer assembly, a first vertical plate, an elastic rod, a third buffer assembly and a sliding rod, and the first buffer assembly, the first horizontal plate and the arc-shaped plate are arranged at the top of the pipe gallery main body; the second buffer assembly, the first vertical plate and the elastic rod are arranged on the side face of the pipe gallery body, the third buffer assembly and the sliding rod are arranged at the bottom of the pipe gallery body, and the first horizontal plate and the first vertical plate are used for evenly dispersing impact of ground loads or earthquakes and the like on the pipe gallery body. The first buffering assembly, the second buffering assembly, the elastic rod, the third buffering assembly and the sliding rod weaken impact borne by the pipe gallery body through deformation or displacement.
