Assembly type valve well
The invention provides an assembly type valve well. The assembly type valve well comprises a well chamber, a sealing assembly, a shaft, a cushion layer structure and a well lid. The well chamber is an integrally-formed prefabricated part and is provided with a containing space, an opening is formed in the top of the containing space, and two opposite mounting openings are formed in the side wall of the containing space; the two sealing assemblies are arranged at the two installation openings correspondingly and used for sealing the combination portions of the installation openings and the pipeline. The shaft is an integrally formed prefabricated part, is arranged above the opening of the accommodating space, and is provided with a first channel which is through up and down; the cushion layer structure comprises a pavement layer arranged above the shaft, the pavement layer is provided with a second channel vertically communicated with the first channel, and a mounting groove is formed in the upper surface of the pavement layer around the second channel; the well lid is arranged in the mounting groove. An original bricking or concrete cast-in-place construction technology is changed, only multiple prefabricated parts need to be assembled together during assembly type valve well construction, assembly is easy, construction is convenient, the construction period is short, and the construction efficiency is high.
本发明提供了一种装配式阀门井，包括井室、密封组件、井筒、垫层结构以及井盖。井室为一体成型的预制构件，井室具有容纳空间，容纳空间顶部开口，容纳空间的侧壁开设有相对设置的两个安装口；两个密封组件分别设于两个安装口，用于密封安装口和管道的结合部位；井筒为一体成型的预制构件，井筒设于容纳空间开口的上方，并具有上下贯通的第一通道；垫层结构包括设于井筒上方的路面层，路面层具有与第一通道上下贯通的第二通道，路面层的上表面环绕第二通道开设有安装槽；井盖设于安装槽。本发明改变原有的砖砌或混凝土现浇施工工艺，装配式阀门井施工只需要将多个预制构件组装到一起，组装简单，施工方便，施工周期短，施工效率高。
