The waterproof and drainage structure comprises a concrete cushion layer on the bottom layer, a waterproof layer on the concrete cushion layer, a waterproof protection layer and a basement bottom plate, wherein the waterproof protection layer and the basement bottom plate are sequentially arranged on the waterproof layer. The waterproof protection layer has water permeability, and a three-dimensional drainage structure formed by transverse and longitudinal communication of drainage pipes is preset in the waterproof protection layer; the three-dimensional drainage structure is provided with one or more main pipelines; the main pipeline is connected with a plurality of layers of branch pipes through a four-way joint or a three-way joint and is finally discharged into a water collecting well; the ends of the branch pipes are plugged through pipe plugs. The three-dimensional drainage structure is arranged in the waterproof protection layer, the problems of water accumulation and water leakage of the basement and the semi-basement are solved in a prevention and drainage combined mode, and the technical effects of being stable in waterproof and drainage structure and high in waterproof and drainage efficiency are achieved; raw materials involved in the technical scheme are easy to obtain, construction is convenient, and practical value is high.
