The rotary table assembly for the engineering mechanical equipment comprises a rotary table body (10); the first slewing mechanism (20) is connected with the rotary table body (10) and is configured to drive the rotary table body (10) to rotate relative to a lower vehicle of the engineering mechanical equipment; the second slewing mechanism (30) is connected with the rotary table body (10) and is configured to drive a loading working device (40) of the engineering mechanical equipment to rotate relative to the rotary table body (10); wherein the rotating axis (21) of the first rotating mechanism (20) and the rotating axis (35) of the second rotating mechanism (30) are not collinear, the second rotating mechanism (30) comprises a rotating body (31) used for being connected with the loading working device (40), and at least two hinge points which are arranged at intervals along the rotating axis (35) of the second rotating mechanism (30) are arranged between the rotating body (31) and the rotary table body (10).
