Shearing type function self-recovery damping energy dissipation device
The invention discloses a shear type function self-recovery damping energy dissipation device which comprises a restraining sleeve with a hole in the top and a cavity. A quasi-dynamic sealing piece is arranged at a hole in the top of the restraining sleeve; a linkage plate connected with an external main body structure is arranged above the quasi-dynamic sealing element; a closed cavity defined by the linkage plate, the constraint sleeve and the quasi-dynamic sealing piece is filled with a damping medium, and a plurality of extrusion pieces are embedded in the damping medium; a driving part is fixed to the lower surface of the linkage plate, penetrates through a middle hole of the quasi-dynamic sealing part, extends downwards into a cavity of the restraining sleeve and is fixedly connected with an extrusion part embedded in the damping medium, and the driving part drives the extrusion part to interact with the damping medium under the action of an external load, so that the damping energy dissipation effect of dissipating input kinetic energy is achieved. Multi-stage sealing is adopted, and leakage of a damping medium is avoided; energy consumption of the damper and self-repairing after energy consumption are achieved through extrusion between the multiple extrusion pieces and the flowing lead body; meanwhile, the elastic layer facilitates deformation of the damping medium.
本发明公开了一种剪切型功能自恢复阻尼消能器,包括顶部开设有洞口且带空腔的约束套;约束套的顶部洞口处设有准动密封件;准动密封件的上方设有与外部主体结构连接的联动板;联动板、约束套和准动密封件之间围成的封闭空腔内满填阻尼介质,阻尼介质中埋设有若干个挤压件;联动板下表面固定有驱动件,驱动件穿过准动密封件的中孔向下延伸至约束套的空腔内并与埋设于阻尼介质中的挤压件固定连接,在外部荷载作用下驱动件带动挤压件与阻尼介质相互作用,产生消散所输入动能的阻尼消能效果。本发明采用多级密封,避免阻尼介质泄露;设置的多个挤压件与流动铅体之间的挤压实现阻尼器的耗能,以及耗能后的自修复;同时设置弹性层便于阻尼介质的形变。
