The invention relates to a house building structure and a construction method thereof.The house building structure sequentially comprises a cushion layer plate, a wall body assembly and a roof piece from bottom to top, the wall body assembly comprises a connecting plate and a plurality of connected prefabricated wall plates, and first semicircular grooves are vertically formed in the vertical side edges of the prefabricated wall plates in a penetrating mode; step grooves are formed in the junctions between the groove walls of the first semicircular grooves and the surfaces of the prefabricated wallboards, the two sides of the connecting plate are located in the step grooves of the prefabricated wallboards on one side correspondingly, and the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the prefabricated wallboards through expansion bolts. A second semicircular groove is formed in the inner surface of the connecting plate in a sunken mode, and a first rubber strip, a cylindrical air bag, a telescopic downward pressing column and a driving assembly are arranged in the cylindrical cavity. Through cooperation of the telescopic pressing column and the abutting part, the size of the diameter and the axial length of the cylindrical air bag in the cylindrical cavity is increased, so that the first rubber strip tightly presses the joint between the first semicircular groove and the second semicircular groove, and the connection sealing performance between the prefabricated wall bodies is improved.
