Device and method for controlling thickness of upper reinforcing steel bar protective layer of floor support plate
A device and method for controlling the thickness of an upper steel bar protective layer of a steel bar truss floor support plate are characterized in that the thickness of the steel bar protective layer is controlled by adjusting the height of a truss on a bottom formwork, and the truss is mainly formed by welding an upper chord steel bar (1), a lower chord steel bar (2) and a web member steel bar (3); the bottom template and the truss form a system in a manner of forming a profiled galvanized steel sheet (4), a middle vertical rib (5) and an end folded edge (6); a plurality of truss floor support plates are spliced into a whole, and meanwhile, the truss floor support plates are anchored into an end support concrete structure, so that the truss floor support plates and the concrete structure are effectively combined, the range of a formed top plate is well controlled, internal and external corners are square, and the overall impression effect is remarkable. The method is flexible in application and high in operability, the productivity is not affected after adjustment, the one-time binding qualification rate of on-site steel bars is increased, cost is saved, the bearing capacity of structural floor slabs is not affected, and wide application prospects are achieved.
