The invention discloses a construction process of an inclined cylinder high formwork, and relates to the technical field of building construction.Two formworks at the upper and lower connecting positions of the formworks are installed in a staggered mode, and the perpendicularity and integrity of a cylinder can be guaranteed; a plurality of fixing steel belts are horizontally bundled to the outer side of the formwork, and the distance between every two adjacent fixing steel belts ranges from 250 mm to 350 mm; the horizontal bundling can ensure the uniform stress of the steel belt; the stability of the template and the construction effect can be enhanced; after the formwork is protected and the fixing steel belt is installed, four 50 * 100 battens are vertically added to the periphery of the formwork, four steel pipes are used for fixing the battens in a square mode, the distance between the steel pipes on the upper layer and the lower layer is kept to be 1.5 m according to the size of the column diameter, the wooden formwork can be protected, pressure generated by a vibration rod can be buffered, and the effect of beaten concrete is better; and meanwhile, the vertical contact is also beneficial to the vertical positioning of the template, so that the stress of the template forms a whole, and the effect of secondary reinforcement is achieved.
本发明公开了斜圆柱高支模施工工艺,涉及建筑施工技术领域,本发明模板的上下连接处的两块模板错开安装,可以保证圆柱体的垂直性和整体性;将若干固定钢带水平扎捆在模板外侧,相邻固定钢带之间的距离为250‑350mm;水平扎捆可以保证钢带受力均匀;可以增强模板的稳固和施工的效果;对模板保护,固定钢带安装好后,在模板四周垂直加50×100的木方四个,并用四个钢管成正方形固定木方,上下每层钢管的间距根据柱经的大小保持在1.5m,不仅可以对木模板进行保护,而且可以缓冲振动棒产生的压力,使打出来的混凝土效果更好,同时这样垂直接触也有利于对模板进行垂直定位,使模板的受力形成一个整体,达到二次加固的作用。
