According to the stereo garage elevator and the comb tooth exchange type vertical lifting stereo garage, a lifting channel and a mounting channel which extend in the vertical direction are formed in a supporting frame, and a bearing seat is arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame and located above the lifting channel and the mounting channel; the comb tooth bearing structure is installed in the lifting channel in the vertical direction in a sliding mode. The lifting mechanism comprises a counterweight assembly which is slidably installed in the installation channel in the vertical direction, a pulley lifting set is arranged on the bearing base and wound with a traction steel wire rope, the two ends of the traction steel wire rope are connected with the comb tooth bearing structure and the counterweight assembly respectively, and a driving motor is arranged on the bearing base and is in driving connection with the pulley lifting set. And the comb tooth bearing structure and the counterweight assembly move in opposite directions. The traction steel wire rope is adopted for lifting traction of the comb tooth bearing structure, on one hand, the traction steel wire rope is light in weight, small in load variation in the lifting process and stable in lifting, and on the other hand, the traction steel wire rope is small in transmission noise, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to install on site.
本发明公开一种立体车库提升机及梳齿交换式垂直升降立体车库，包括支撑框架形成有沿上下向延伸的提升通道和安装通道，支撑框架的上端设有承载座，承载座位于提升通道和安装通道的上方；梳齿承载结构沿上下向滑动安装于提升通道内；提升机构包括配重组件沿上下向滑动安装于安装通道内，滑轮提升组设于承载座且绕设有曳引钢丝绳，曳引钢丝绳的两端分别与梳齿承载结构和配重组件连接，驱动电机设于承载座且驱动连接滑轮提升组，用于使梳齿承载结构和配重组件相向移动。本发明采用曳引钢丝绳进行梳齿承载结构的升降牵引，一方面曳引钢丝绳重量轻，升降过程中载荷变化量较小，升降平稳，另一方面曳引钢丝绳传动噪声小、制造成本低、且便于现场安装。
