The invention discloses a three-dimensional storage hangar and a three-dimensional storage method. The three-dimensional storage hangar comprises a hangar body, a plurality of bearing modules and a carrying device. A storage cavity and an opening communicated with the storage cavity are formed in the warehouse body, the bearing modules are located in the storage cavity and sequentially arranged in the vertical direction, each bearing module comprises a plurality of bearing parts which are connected with the warehouse body and arranged at intervals, bearing spaces are defined among the bearing parts, and the bearing spaces in the bearing modules form a warehouse in-out channel. The carrying device carries the unmanned aerial vehicle in the extending direction of the warehouse entering and exiting channel, the unmanned aerial vehicle is carried among the multiple bearing spaces, vehicle arms of the unmanned aerial vehicle abut against the multiple bearing parts in the designated bearing module, and therefore the unmanned aerial vehicle is stored in the designated bearing space, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can move among the multiple bearing spaces and can move in the multiple bearing spaces. A warehouse-in and warehouse-out channel does not need to be independently arranged, the space utilization rate in the warehouse body can be improved, and the occupied area of the warehouse body can be reduced.
