Reluctance motor lock
The invention discloses a reluctance motor lock, which relates to the technical field of electromagnetic locks, and comprises a stator, a rotor, a framework with a coil, a reset spring and a lock rod, the lock rod is slidably assembled on the stator, the rotor is fixedly assembled on the lock rod, and the reset spring sleeves the lock rod and is used for driving the lock rod to reset; a coil groove is formed in the end face, corresponding to the rotor, of the stator, the bobbin with the coil is assembled in the coil groove, tooth grooves corresponding to the coil groove are formed in the end face, corresponding to the stator, of the rotor, and air gaps are formed between the stator and the rotor and comprise end air gaps located between the end of the stator and the end of the rotor. And a gullet air gap located near the gullet; when the coil framework is powered on, the stator, the rotor and an air gap between the stator and the rotor form a whole magnetic loop. The magnetic circuit design of the lock body is optimized by combining the reluctance motor principle, the cogging effect and the end effect force are fully utilized, the lock body mover can move within a specified range, and the magnetic force output by the mover cannot be obviously changed.
本发明公开了一种磁阻电机锁,涉及电磁锁技术领域,包括定子、动子、带线圈骨架、复位弹簧和锁杆;锁杆滑动装配在定子上,动子固定装配在锁杆上,复位弹簧套设在锁杆上用以带动锁杆复位;定子与动子相对应的端面上开设有线圈槽,带线圈骨架装配在线圈槽内,动子上与定子相对应的端面上开设有对应线圈槽的齿槽,且定子与动子之间设置有气隙,气隙包括位于定子与动子端部之间的端部气隙,以及位于齿槽附近的齿槽气隙;当带线圈骨架通电时,定子、动子以及定子与动子之间的气隙形成整个磁回路。本发明结合磁阻电机原理优化锁体磁路设计,充分利用齿槽效应和端部效应力,做到了锁体动子在指定范围内移动,动子输出磁力不会呈现十分明显的变化。
