Automobile window anti-pinch control method and system
The invention discloses an anti-pinch control method for an automobile window. The anti-pinch control method comprises the following steps: step 1) triggering interruption of key input of the automobile window; 2) judging whether to lift automatically or not, and if not, manually lifting the car window and executing the step 8); (3) judging whether the car window rises or not, if not, automatically descending the car window, and executing the step (8); (4) whether locked-rotor is detected or not is judged, if not, PID control is conducted on the car window to rise automatically, and the step (8) is executed; (5) detecting whether the device is in an anti-pinch area, if not, stopping rotating, and executing the step (8); (6) judging whether the anti-pinch requirement is met or not, if not, controlling the car window to automatically ascend or stop rotating through PID, and executing the step (8); (7) the car window rotates reversely by a set distance; and 8) recording car window position information and relevant parameters of corresponding positions. According to the invention, a ripple wave anti-pinch detection technology is adopted and filtering is carried out based on a current ripple wave algorithm, so that PID car window anti-pinch control is realized, the cost of a car window anti-pinch system can be reduced, and the stability of an anti-pinch function is improved.
