According to the photovoltaic support device, a strip-shaped pouring concrete foundation mode is changed into a fastening piece and small concrete protective cap mode, the overall weight of the photovoltaic support is further reduced, the support bottom plate and the roof are connected into a whole through the fastening piece, the anti-pulling and anti-typhoon capacity of the photovoltaic support is improved, and the engineering cost and the support foundation weight are effectively reduced.
