The forest fire extinguishing system comprises a main box body, a storage box is detachably installed on one side of the main box body, a mud storage box is detachably installed on the other side of the main box body, and inserting blocks are evenly and fixedly connected to the sides, close to the main box body, of the storage box and the mud storage box; the two sides of the outer wall of the main box body are each provided with an inserting groove allowing the inserting block to be connected in an inserted mode, a threaded column penetrates through the outer surface of the main box body, the inner side of the inserting block is provided with a threaded groove allowing one end of the threaded column to be connected in a threaded and inserted mode, and the top end of the threaded column is fixedly connected with a rotating block. According to the fire extinguishing system disclosed by the invention, rapid connection among the main box body, the storage box and the mud storage box is realized through insertion connection between an insertion block and an insertion groove, and fixation of the insertion block can be realized through mutual cooperative use of a rotating block, a rotating rod, a threaded column and a threaded groove, so that rapid installation and fixation among all parts of the fire extinguishing system are realized; and the installation efficiency of the fire extinguishing system is improved.
