The invention discloses an ammonia water and calcium hydroxide automatic regulation and control system for a gypsum board line, which comprises a control device, an ammonia water adding mechanism and a calcium hydroxide adding mechanism which are connected to a desulfurization tower body, and a disturbance mechanism and a circulating waste removal pipeline which are arranged inside and outside the desulfurization tower body, the control device controls the addition amount of the auxiliary materials by controlling the addition rate of the ammonia water adding mechanism and the calcium hydroxide adding mechanism, excessive and excessive exceeding are avoided, and the control device controls the disturbance mechanism and the circulating waste removal pipeline to start to work in good time according to the addition amount of the auxiliary materials.
