The invention discloses a construction control method for elevation and flatness in road engineering. The construction control method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, measuring a base line pile; s2, elevation control data is measured and set; s3, the leveling supporting devices are adjusted to the elevation of the corresponding point position of the loose laying datum line, and a horizontal beam is erected between every two adjacent leveling supporting devices; s4, paving: utilizing balance limiting sensing devices on the two sides of the paver to act on the horizontal beams erected in the step S3 so as to limit the paving thickness of the paver, thereby achieving the control on the elevation and flatness of the road in the paving process; s5, performing rolling compaction; and S6, preserving. According to the method, the layering thickness required by design and specifications in the road construction process can be met, the reworking problem caused by improper elevation control and uneven pavement paving can be solved, waste of construction resources can be reduced, the engineering cost can be saved, and meanwhile the purposes of refined construction and delicate construction can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种道路工程中高程及平整度的施工控制方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:S1、基线桩测设;S2、高程控制数据测设;S3、调节调平支撑装置至松铺基准线相应点位的高程,并在相邻的两个调平支撑装置之间搭设水平梁;S4、摊铺:利用摊铺机两侧的平衡限位感应装置作用在步骤S3搭设的水平梁上,以对摊铺机的摊铺厚度进行限位,从而达到摊铺过程中对道路高程及平整度的控制;S5、碾压;S6、养生。本发明可以满足道路施工过程中设计及规范要求的分层厚度,能解决标高控制不到位、路面铺摊不平整而产生的返工问题,可降低施工资源的浪费及节约工程造价,同时可达到精细化施工、精致建造的目的。
