Prestressed pipeline positioning and mounting process for optimizing and reinforcing cross-sea bridge
The invention discloses a prestressed pipeline positioning and mounting process for optimizing and reinforcing a cross-sea bridge. The method comprises the following steps: mounting a corrugated pipe to a cross beam according to a five-point positioning method; fixing the corrugated pipe by using a steel bar for positioning; and after the joint of the corrugated pipe and the seamless steel pipe is pretreated, the corrugated pipe and the seamless steel pipe are connected through a thermoplastic sleeve, and the prestressed pipeline at the position of the cross beam is obtained. According to a five-point positioning method, the corrugated pipe is installed to the position of the cross beam, the corrugated pipe is fixed through the steel bars for positioning, the stability and the positioning accuracy of the corrugated pipe are guaranteed, and after the connecting position of the corrugated pipe and the seamless steel pipe is pretreated, the corrugated pipe and the seamless steel pipe are connected through the thermoplastic sleeve; and obtaining the prestressed pipeline at the cross beam.
