The invention relates to an on-site grouting device which is characterized in that a slurry pump body is connected with a multi-section grouting piece through a grouting conveying pipe, a plurality of resisting pieces are arranged on a base, a lifting support is further arranged on the base and comprises a platform, a first through hole is formed in the middle of the platform, and a pressing unfolding piece is arranged at the position of the first through hole; the multi-section grouting part is arranged at the first through hole, the multi-section grouting part moves up and down through the pressing unfolding part and the lifting support, the multi-section grouting part is formed by connecting multiple sections of grouting pipes, each grouting pipe comprises a shell, a second through hole is formed in the side wall of the shell, an extending rotating frame is arranged in the shell and connected with a driving part, and the driving part is connected with the extending rotating frame. According to the grouting device, the grouting efficiency can be improved, blockage of the grouting pipe can be reduced, grout and sludge can be fully stirred, good flocculation and sedimentation effects are achieved, and better dewatering of the sludge is achieved.
本发明涉及一种现场注浆装置,包括浆液泵体通过注浆输送管与多段式注浆件连接,底座上设有多个抵挡件,底座上还设置有升降支架,升降支架包括平台,平台中部设置有第一通孔,第一通孔处设置有压紧展开件,多段式注浆件设置在第一通孔处,通过压紧展开件和升降支架实现多段式注浆件的上下移动,多段式注浆件由多截注浆管相互连接形成的,多截注浆管包括壳体,壳体侧壁设置有第二通孔,壳体内设置有延伸转动架,延伸转动架连接驱动件,驱动延伸转动架穿出且带动壳体实现整体转动,延伸转动架设置有多个注浆输出口,该注浆装置能够提高注浆效率,能够减少注浆管堵塞,充分能够将浆液与淤泥充分搅动,得到较好的絮凝、沉淀效果,实现淤泥的更好脱水。
