A drainage channel is formed in the bottom side wall of the water collecting tank, the drainage channel penetrates through the side wall of the side slope and extends to the bottom of the inclined side of the side slope, a plurality of water conveying devices are arranged on the side wall of the drainage channel, and each water conveying device is located at the bottom of the corresponding planting groove and used for conveying water to soil in the corresponding planting groove; and an intelligent water diversion device is arranged on the side slope.
