The invention discloses a pumped storage power station reservoir ventilation system based on an underground roadway group and a transformation method. The ventilation system comprises a regulating reservoir, a ventilation opening and a ventilation duct. The adjusting tank is arranged at the lowest point of the roadway group, the bottom of the adjusting tank is a cylindrical cavity, and the top is a hemispherical cavity; a regulating tank ventilation opening is formed in the top of the regulating tank, and a through regulating tank ventilation duct is formed from the regulating tank ventilation opening to the ground; the ventilation ducts are matched with the ventilation openings, the ventilation openings are formed in the tops of all roadways of the underground roadway group, and the ventilation ducts are used for communicating the ventilation openings with the bottom face.
