A polishing shaft arranged in the device drives a corresponding polishing roller to rotate, so that a hard polishing plate polishes protrusions on the ground, meanwhile, the device is manually moved through existing mobile equipment to rotate around a sewer pipeline, and therefore the ground around the sewer pipeline is polished; a dust collection box is used for cleaning dust, broken stones and the like generated by polishing, so that subsequent gluing on the ground is facilitated, and the waterproof effect after gluing is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the arc-shaped brushing surface formed by the gluing strips ensures that the contact surfaces between the brushing strips and the sewer pipes meet the brushing requirements when being used for the sewer pipes with different pipe diameters, the sewer pipes are brushed more uniformly, and the waterproof effect of a coating formed after gluing is ensured.
