Method for preparing inorganic material by using supercritical carbon dioxide and product thereof
The invention relates to a method for preparing an inorganic material by using supercritical carbon dioxide and a product thereof. Clay, copper formate tetrahydrate, zinc acetate, nano titanium dioxide and deionized water are mixed and ground, then a cation exchange reaction of the clay is carried out in a high-speed shearing machine, then the mixture enters a forming machine to extrude a gypsum board meeting the specification, finally the gypsum board is placed in a drying cylinder, supercritical CO2 is introduced for fluid drying, the temperature of fluid in the cylinder is 100-120 DEG C, the pressure is larger than 7.5 MPa, and the gypsum board is obtained. In the process, CO2 with most of the solvent is discharged out of the cylinder body, the effects of drying and solidifying the gypsum are achieved, and a target board is obtained through subsequent maintenance. The method is simple in related process, CO2 is environment-friendly and non-toxic, and the obtained gypsum board has good antibacterial, mildew-proof and organic pollutant removal capacities, is low in density and can be applied to the field of light board decoration.
本发明涉及一种利用超临界二氧化碳制备无机材料的方法及其产品;黏土、四水甲酸铜、醋酸锌、纳米二氧化钛和去离子水配料,研磨,然后在高速剪切机中进行黏土的阳离子交换反应,再进入成型机挤压出符合规格的石膏板,最后置于干燥筒内通入超临界CO2进行流体干燥,筒内流体温度100℃~120℃,压力大于7.5MPa,在此过程中CO2带着大部分溶剂排出筒体,起到干燥和凝固石膏的作用,经过后续养护得到目标板材。方法涉及工艺简单,CO2环保无毒,所得石膏板材具有良好的抗菌防霉和有机污染物去除能力,密度低,可以用于轻质板材装修领域。
