The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that S1, aluminum plate machining is conducted, specifically, aluminum materials are machined into the first outer aluminum plate and the second outer aluminum plate with the needed length, thickness and width. The first heat insulation layer and the second heat insulation layer which are made of low-heat-conduction polyurethane plates can effectively isolate external heat, and the first conical groove and the second conical groove are formed in the first heat insulation layer and the second heat insulation layer, so that external sound can be consumed in the first conical groove and the second conical groove, and meanwhile, the external sound can be dissipated in the first conical groove and the second conical groove. External sound can be processed again by arranging the sound absorption layer, the sound insulation effect is good, and the overall mass is low.
